I sumitted my welcome package about three weeks ago, yesterday when i phoned they told me that it will be deliverd the same day, that never happend!!! Today again i phoned lady told me that it was due for monday already and she will tell the courier company to dispatch my parcel again!! They tell me that my number is unreachable but i have never received even a please call me!!!!..... she gave me a tracking number that no parcell company picks up!!!
