Cellcom rips people off

I purchased the new Samsung S10+ and as part of the promotion I could redeem a voucher fro a ZAR 500.00 original samsung accessory. I chose the cell phone cover offered by cellcom and paid an additional ZAR 99. The total cost for this cover was ZAR 599.00 (the cheapers "original" accessory), it is advertised as a Samsung original accessory but the material used is of poor quality. I sent a mail to cellcom to query this and they refuse to respond and to replace the item. For R599 one expects quality. It is sad that Cellcom is robbing customers by providing cheep goods for such an expensive rate. I corresponded via mail with Janine Fouche and she told me to take this up with Samsung although the item received came from Cellcom. Bad service
