Shocking service and delivery times
Do not use Cellars Direct (wine.co.za) as orders placed 25 May will only be delivered 18 or 22 June ... that's almost a month later. Customer service is shocking, they don't reply to emails and calls timeously, and claim they take over 7-10 days to refund should you be unhappy. Quick to take your instant payment, have they never heard of instant EFT to refund ? 10 working days to facilitate a refund ??? I will not recommend them, nor will I use them again.

12 Jun 2020, 14:25Subsequent to refunding me, which I appreciated as it was the right thing to do, the business now bad mouths me, and has the audacity to cc me in on the email. Will NEVER support the business or their brand again.
