DISGUSTED BY CELLAIR SERVICE

I called CellAir requesting them to confirm the receipt of the Machine in writing which was collected at 09:05 am on 02-04-2025. I spoke to a very rude lady who talked over me throughout the call. She refused to assist me as I didn't have a reference number, and didn't want to listen to my query.... only to find out later that the reference she is looking for is a terminal no, those are two different things.

Cellair is not respnding to my emails deliberately, but they have a nerve to tell me to send an email my query. On mentioning that they are not responding to my emails she stormed at me and told me that they have responded to my Suprise she even knows the content of the emails. This now proves to me that I was ignored.
