The owner says his name is Melvin Furman however I find the name of S. Amsel each time I search tags. He has a long history of ******** hundreds of consumers . I have had the worst experience with him and his shady dealings. He currently wrote to me that he will slander me on the internet if I should post about him. I purchased a what I thought was a new phone from him and an email sent back to me indicated the delivery would be between 10-14 business days. It did not arrive until 3 weeks later. Upon receiving it, I discovered it was tampered with and did could not connect with the internet. Upon calling him to say that I wanted a refund, he did not even ask me why. Instead he immediately say to return the device but that I would be charged for a 15% restock fee. I refused and so he sent me another phone. Soon I discovered it was rooted and locked so that I could not keep it from being open to other connections. I soon found that my date plan show my usage for 2 days was 59.9 MB! That is the kind of usage a small community town uses. He apparently cloned my data and had been reselling it to others. I am now contacting the FCC, Web developers and copyright licensing to inform them of his law breaking tatics. He tried to make me not do it by saying he would give me back my refund or he will start spreading the news that I am a child ******er! What kind of business persons says things like that! Spread the word! Get him out of business and have him collect his gains from the holding comp;any where he has been storing his illgotten monies.... in South Africa!
