Shocking service at Cell C Boulders Store

<p>Shocking service at Cell C Boulders Store - I booked my phone in for... repairs on 27th March to date I dont have my phone. On 20th April I went to check the progress on my phone but I was told that my phone is at Csurance assessment. Today I called the Cell C repair centre was told that my phone was pending the excess on 11th April but when I went to the store I was not advised about the excess issue. How do I take this matter further as I have not had my phone for a while now due to the store incompetency</p>
