****** of my airtime and monthly instalment

<p>im very ****ed off with cell c provider , firstly i wasnt informed about the increase on the instalment , i was paying R199.00 and now went to R210.96 of which i was never informed on the changes that occured in my account . secondly i bought airtime on the 21/04/2017 @ 21:20 worth R35.00 which gives me 25 free sms and 25mb , i sent 2 sms to ********** 210 ,then made a call that lasted 00:00:04 **i called ********** 130 call lasted 00:02:22 , called ********** 210 that lasted 2 sec *** sent an sms to ********** 130 @21:45 .... when i called ********** 130 call lasted 46 sec .... what makes me more mad is that my airtime was gone , i bought R35 i need my airtime back and i need further expalnation on what transpired and i buy R12 worth of my whatsapp , so i dont expect u ppl to tell me it went off there and i had 342 mb for day and 498 for later . 37 sms i have including the one i bought this morning of R5 , i had free min of 37 .. i want to know where my money disappeared too ,should yall not do anything about this matter will reverse the instalment for my contract and not pay it because of the incompetency yall are doing ... i want more explanation and want to know when is this contract ending , im tired of u guy </p>
