Unfairly charged ,Phone still doesn't work

Good day Please help me expose the company called "Cell Tech " it's located in benoni And they do cell repairs for phones ,mostly I phones

I called them for assistance , to put a new battery on my phone and replace the back glass part of my IPhone 8 Firstly they don't tell us they will charge you for picking up your device ,they only communicate that later , I didn't know they had to take my phone to their store .When this other tall white guy came he didn't have much time and told me he had to take my phone .He took two weeks to fix it .and when he dropped it off it was working n I paid R1450 , next thing when I got home the phone was dead .It started doing things I've never seen , n when I told him he said he'll come take it n when he did , he then took another week to fix it n still charged me for putting a new battery .which didn't make sense because I paid previously for that ,paid R600 Immediately when I switch it on to test it ,it was working .Hours later it was doing the same thing , switching on and off and the memory was gone ,when I type , then lock the phone ,it would erase most of my information .I then started doing research about the company ,using a different phone .I then saw that most ppl would complain that there are parts they remove from your device so that it stops working . I went back to ask the manager n he did nothing about it .My iPhone doesn't even have a year and already it's dead !I paid for things they didn't even fix Please help me expose this company They chow people's money and leave
