Pathetic service

<p>Took my wifes Samsung S4 in to get the charging block replaced, after replacing it, the microphone does not work anymore, the charging block and microphone is built into the same unit and they told me they replaced it with a new charging block, took the phone back so they can fix the microphone, came back to me saying they cant fix the mixrophone. Pathetic to say the least. Think 5 times before taking any of your phones to this place. They fix one thing and break another and not willing to correct their mistakes.</p>
