I sent my Apple Watch series 5 for repairs 25 Aug 2020 for a screen replacement.

November 2021 the seal came out and when I contacted them for help. They want to charge me for the seal without even assessing the watch. At least if they had seen the watch and there after charge me for repairs.

Worst service centre!
