AWFUL SERVICE, **** AND WASTE OF MONEY

<p>About a month ago I took my iphone 6 to Cell Studio in hatfield to repair a cracked screen. He assured me that he was capable (so I assumed that he would be using a certified iPhone screen). About a week after collection I noticed that the screen was slipping out of the casing of the phone, causing the screen to crack on the edges. I then took it back and asked if he could replace the screen, after which he accused me of dropping the phone and damaging the screen, but that he would do me a "favour" and stick it back into the casing for me. Then after a while the screen slipped badly from the casing and the screen LCD does not work at all. When i took it back and demanded a refund (which is my right as a consumer) he said that he is not responsible for a refund or a free repair. so now my phone is more damaged than when i gave it in for repairs. Ive also seen many people returning with their products dissatisfied! DO NOT GO HERE AND TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PROPERTY. I basically paid him R1600 to break my phone. And he still insists that its a genuine apple screen...One of my friends from ifix checked the screen out and proved that it was a **** apple screen</p>
