Horrible experience

I went to cell C Menlyn to purchase a phone.I got an oppo A74 and that was the begging of my nightmare.The phone started giving me problems before 7 days.I returned the phone And I was informed that I wil get a phone after 5 working days.I only got the phone after 2 weeks and I was advised to call the insurance so that they can update it on their system.After several times of calling the insurance they told me that I had to go back to cell c so that they can update the new IMEl numbers.i don't know how many times I went to the store never mind the petrol I wasted contantly going there as there we not communicate anything with me
