My refund

Your service is pathetic 😒 they declined my order and did not provide any explanation why and I was advised by the agents to wait 3-5 business days , it's almost a month only to find out by one of their agents that they having a system issue with processing the refund and I should wait again?There was no Communication and everyone was saying I should wait the refund has been processed on there end.....Poor service
