Cell C contract debit order failure because of unforseen circumstances.

I just want to express my deepest anger on the platform about cell c contract since Jan and Feb i could not pay my installment of my phone due to unforseen circumstances they have called me several o times I was unable to pick up my phone due to illness I have rep**** on the mails they have send me bit still they continue to do what they being doing and I have asked them not to go to my bank account and check for debt orders still they continued doing it and by continue doing it they are putting my account in a minus I have an agreement with Cell c to deduct every 27th of the month I do not give them the authority to go in my bank account when ever they feel like it they are going literally 3 times a month into my bank account and check for a debt order wich left me with a account that is in _R2439 since January wich mean is when my salary goes in to my account my bank take that amount wich I am in a minus .I did Arrange with them via email that I will pay it at the end of March but still they checking for debt order which there isn't any .please help me because now my account is in a minus again which make it difficult for me because there's won't be enough money for all my debt orders what does cell c not understand and they have demand me that I have to make a payment and never ever have skip a payment from them but still they do not understand.Angry clien😡😡
