Be careful before fixing phones and pay at these independent cell repair shops

I took my Cell phone to Cell Net in Gordon's Bay for a screen replacement on the 3rd February 2024.After paying for the new screen I was told that there is no guarantee on the screen on which my immediate reply was take it off and refund. I was reasured that it was the original screen and nothing wrong with it, as Murphys law went my battery drained and the screen went completely dark the next day.I went back they had a look and screen was running again after a few minutes the phone would switch off and constantly drain my battery, I went back where the staff were completely rude and threatened me one of the worst experiences I ever had, I.took the Cell phone to a place in Stellenbosch to.discovered that they broke my battery when they replaced the screen knowingly. I am suing their company not just for the inconvenience but also the way they do business and threatening a South African citizen.
