Worst service ever!

I'm so frustrated with this claim, i made with cell c, i do not understand what kind of a circus they are running. I made a claim with them for my device from the 29th of April, it's now the 14th of April and all I get is a run around round from them. When I call i speak to rude agent i mean i even their team leader is rude.

I pay insurance so that i do not struggle when I come across unforeseen circumstances. but cell c device insurance does not care. If your ever looking for insurance, stay away from the cell c insurance.
