THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

My phone was sent in for repairs November 2016 at cell c c surance and its the 3rd of November 2017 and i still have not received my phone back nor any communication of how far the repairs is and when will i receive my phone back. I had an excess fee to pay which i did and forwarded the pop and received the receipt of my payment on the 16th of September 2017 and still i haven't received my phone.
