Poor Service
I have sent my phone for repairs, on the back lens, I haven't received it as yet, and its been almost 5 weeks now and they claim their turn-around time is 7 to 14 days.
I currently don't have a phone and its a huge inconvenience for me.

08 Oct 2020, 15:43This is still haven't been resolved, I was promised my device was with the technician and was fixing it, today when I called, I am told that the technician was at the industrial strike and the is no feedback on the matter.
As soon as I get my device, I am definetly taking my business elsewhere.
