IMEA no not updated.

I logged a claim on the 21 December 2018 my ticket number is 104794 till today nobody can help me ; This is my 2nd claim, my records are not updated my 1st claim of December 2017 the IMEA number was 357 ********** 4223; They haven't updated my records i am keep on being send from pillar to post. my new claim the IMEA number is ********** ********** 9.
