disappointed

<p> </p> <p>i had insurance with Cell C - needed to update my insurance and found out that they are now Worldwide Advisory Services. Couldn't they have had the decency to contact me and tell me that this was happening.... money is going off my account as normal, when i phone them after waiting 45 mint for someone to help me i get told to send proof that this money is going off proof like my bankstatemint surely they should have all this information as money is still going off my account. I'm so livid and disappointed...... Who is going to help me now?? i want my money back</p>
