cracked back cover

so i cancelled my contract and cell c told me that my insurance will also be cancelled (cancellation date: 15.12.2017). i booked my phone in for repairs on the 10.12.2017 to have the cover replaced (damaged which i believe i am covered for).

i own a note 5 and am paying insurance of 20k for the last 2 years and you want to ****en charge me again to fix the cover of the phone! whats the point of having insurance but i need to pay to fix my ****!

been a loyal customer since 2011 renewing my contract each year. i read up about this ****ty service and must say thing i read is accurate.
