Cell C Surance is pathetic

<p>Cell C Surance clearly does not care about their clients. I have been waiting an entire week now for someone to get back to me regarding my claim for my lost phone.</p> <p>When I do eventually get through (after 30-45minutes.. Seriously) I still end up getting cut off. This is a waste of my damn time. You people seriously need to sort out your stuff!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Reading a review of an unhappy customer waiting for more than 3 months, clearly pathetic. I am not willing to wait that long and still need to pay my monthly insurance fee.</p> <p>YOU PEOPLE BETTER GET YOUR DAMN ACT TOGETHER, THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCPETABLE!!!!</p>
