Getmore took my money even when its cancelled.

Hi my name is Nozipho Mkhize, i have an acvount with cel c so i got acall from get more they offerd me their service, i took it at that time after 2 days i realise i don't need it, so icalled them to Cancel that was October last year, in february this i notice ihave paid more than i have, icalled celc they said its get more, i asked them how come coz icanceled that service, last year, same thing, last month they did take my money again after icanclled them they said its cancelled and they wil never do it again, thes getmore people they owe me for 5 months, so ineed your help to get my money back pls.
