Bad service

Been a client for years I work in nibia but still use my cell.c as a whatsapp nr ive been emaili mg cell.c no answer calls no luck why do I have such bad service with cell c? I want to ask question s rwgarding my accounts per email why no response? To call I have namibian nr email ********** is this the service cell c gives?
