Very poor service and they don't deliver

I took my phone the cell c store which I made claim at last Dec2024

Then I received forms for the claim on Jan/Feb on my email, after filling the forms I was to submit a motivational letter why I submitted my claim late which was not my fault. I ended up writing the letter explaining that I submitted on time it's the store that did give the forms and I have proof of the day I submitted the phone. It's been 4 months now without a phone and Imagine paying premiums in time but not getting the benefits.

I regret the day I choice this insurance because they keep toying me around with different consultants every time. I believe it's time I terminate my contract with cell c and thier insurance because they are not doing me any good and I am tired of toying around.
