Unhappy client

Cell C device insurance is the worst. I lost my phone on the 27th of August 2024 and I sent all the documents, everything kept on delaying. My phone suppose to be delivered by now but they didn't. I phone them every day but they are giving no solutions. It's been four weeks now without having a phone.
