POOR SERVICE

I have never experienced such poor service at Cell C and Cell C device insurance. I have been send from pillar to post just to do a sim swop on a contract sim, now that the sim swop is done, getting my refund of R115 is a struggling that's been going on for almost a month. When you call the cell c device insurance, the consultant tells you there's nothing they can do about it and when you're ask to speak to a supervisor they drop the phone in your ear! I have had it with both Cell C and their device insurance because of their **** service and poor consultants who don't have telephonic etiquette.
