NEVER INSURE YOUR DEVICE WITH CELL C DEVICE INSURANCE

I would advise people not to waste their time with Cell C device insurance under hollard they are useless and not helpful as they promise you when you sign up for the insurance,I lost my phone on the 6th February I sent out my claim to them on the 10th of February 2025 ,evey time I'm the one who does follow ups on how far my claim is.

Can I tell you for the past 4weeks I have been told my claim is with the underwriters I will get feedback on a Wednesday or Thursday but guess what I never do I end up being the one who does the calling and get the same story all the time....

I have had it with them I ended up having to get another phone for the time they keep reviewing my claim,I have lost money by buying another device,yet they keep deducting money on month ends but with no help
