***** mobile insurance

I'm highly frustrated at the fact that I am not recieving adequate service.

My cellphone was lost and process was followed as recommended, from calling the service provider to block the phone and receive an ITC number to make a case and call you as the insurance company.

I had done so.

Upon the initiation of the claim I was advised to contact the service provider and request for the contract as the insurance company had no IMEI number listed on the system thus a claim cannot be processed without an IMEI number.

I done so, sent the copy of contract and received a reference number #***

I than called to do a follow up of which I was than advised that the contract had no IMEI number listed as well and I should take a photo of the device boxes that was received from the contract. This too was done. I sent the the photos of the device boxes and received a response with the reference number #***

Yet again no one phoned to follow up or giving response as per the matter at hand I had called again. I spoke to a very arrogant young lady that was very ****y and added fuel to the already lit fire. In the heat of the moment I added that the insurance should be canceled.

That very same day she sent and email advising that the insurance was canceled.

To my surprise it took less than 12 hours to cancel a contract but it took near a month of back and forth before I was advised that the insurance will not be paying my claim.

As per insurance guidelines only the primary device can be insured and that was explained with the initiation of the insurance contract. The primary device details are listed below: Number: *** IMEI : 8.........9903 Contract as per supp**** only had the primary cellphone number of which I provided the images of both device boxes to the insurance and the service provider being Cell C.

Please explain how when rules stipulate that the primary device is insured that my claim has been denied?

Please explain how I have been paying for an insurance for a time such as this is now deemed inadequate?

Is this the service delivery that is aimed to be proved and am I expected to put up with such service being delivered that I have paid for

Contact number: *** Hilda Veronica Noble
