Extremely Disappointing Service

I am highly dissatisfied with the service I have received from Cell C Device Insurance. I lodged a claim for my device on the 13th of November 2024, and today, on the 11th of January 2025, I am still waiting to receive my phone. This is an unacceptable delay for a service that is meant to provide peace of mind during such situations.

Adding to the frustration, I am still being charged monthly premiums for device insurance, yet I don’t have a phone in my possession. It is deeply unfair to expect customers to continue paying for a service when the company is failing to deliver on its promises.

The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency in resolving this issue is beyond disappointing. I expected far better service from Cell C. This experience has left me questioning whether this insurance is worth the ongoing cost and frustration.

I urge Cell C Device Insurance to address my claim immediately and improve their processes for other customers in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
