Device claim

It's been three months now since I've been trying to claim for damages for my phone. I've had no assistance till date. I call everyday to follow up but it seems no one cares. I am a very good payer and I pay timeously, however the service I am receiving is not good at all. No one seems to care that I don't have a phone now. Your urgent attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.
