Cell C insurance device

I am very disappointed at Cell C device insurance I have had a contract with them for the pass 8 years and toke a device insurance 4 year ago my phone was ****** in August I reported the matter even went to the police station to do affidavit and all ,I called and ask them to block the phone did the insurance claim submitted everything that they wanted but now since it’s time for them to pay they have declined my claim with no reason I have called them 3 time to follow up and the consultant keep telling me that I will receive an email y they I have declined I even ended up cancelling the insurance,they are so quick to take the debit but when it’s time to claim they just reject ur claim with no communication , I am very disappointed and wouldn’t advise anyone to use they insurance and am also going to cancel my contract with them.
