Cell C insurance are *******

On January 23rd, I reached out to the Cell C insurance team regarding my ****** device. They have been incredibly unhelpful, sending me in circles. I was informed that I owed 32 rand and that once I paid it, my insurance would be reinstated. They also claimed that my insurance had been canceled, yet they continued to charge me for it. After settling my account, I received a new statement, a case number, an ITC number, and an affidavit confirming my account is paid. Now, they are requesting another affidavit detailing what happened to my device, despite having already provided that information when I filed the case. It’s frustrating that they are quick to take my money but slow to process my claim. Now they want pictures of the box as well. When I inquired last week about the reinstatement of my insurance, I was misled. This situation is completely unacceptable.
