CELL C DEVICE INSURANCE AND HOLLARD

This email serves to lodge a complaint against CELL C and Hollard as insurance underwriter.

On 01 June 2023 I submitted device insurance claim to Cell C device insurance department.

I have been calling to make follow-ups and have been told to wait 21 days for feedback which is not mentioned on the insurance policy wording.

I hereby request to know what is the hold up on the claim made. I further request to be called or emailed on the above mentioned matter.
