Extremely poor service and communication

Everything sounded legit on the phone and I personally went to meet Anju to view the chairs and she took me to this ***** room in one of gateways parking lots to show me some stacked up chairs and cushions to which she said the others are at the warehouse being prepared for an event.<br> <br> Trusting her word, we paid a deposit for 325 chairs and have tried to meet Anju on several occasions to view the full compliment of chairs but she then started giving us the run around. She also stopped taking our calls and didn't bother calling us back or replying to the many emails we have sent her.<br> <br> Extremely poor service and communication as a service provider. Just be honest with people.<br> <br> Due to the breach in contract from her side, I want my money back but still no response or apology.<br> <br> People plan events trusting and relying on service providers to fulfill their promise and word but Anju is not that type. <br> Please be aware of her when planning events!
