Don't put your faith in Celebration Factory

I made a booking for my sons 3rd birthday party and was told that the 1st and 7th of November was fully booked. <br> <br> So I made my booking for the 28th of November. <br> <br> I had to follow up myself today and was told that the 28th was now fully booked. <br> <br> This after I have sent out the invites and put a deposit on a venue. <br> <br> Just because Thelma Tsakani cannot keep track of her records, she has now booked someone else who was below me on the waiting list, in front of me. <br> <br> Don't put your faith in The Celebration Factory. Very unprofessional crowd with no service at all.
