Celebration factory is actually dissapointment factory,stay away from them

I received the worst service ever from this company!This lady was supposed to provide wedding furniture and decor for my sister’s wedding on the 26th December 2018.On the 24th she informed that her people are now busy pitching the frame marquee which we had paid her for along with accommodation for the laborers and guess what she outsourced the marquee which she had claimed to own in my hometown and the men whom she had said we should pay accomplished for were from my hometown,the worst was when the furniture was wrong and much cheaper than what we had asked and paid for.on the 25th December she refunded us R80 000 from the 86000 we had paid for and we had to start over looking for a new service provider. This lady lacks integrity so much,she is unprofessional,dishonest and very disorganized.She lies with a straight face,mind you she will pester you to pay her and lie about how she needs to book her crew.She doesn’t own the furniture she claims to own,she’s got no crew,she is a **** of note.For your own sake,please stay away from celebration factory.
