Cele Auto Sales are ultimate ****ers

I paid a deposit of R35 000 on 3/9/2019 for a blue Mazda 2 1.3 Active to Cele Auto Sales in Durban, which would have been delivered the following day. The following day 4/9/2019, Keegan cell nr *** contacted me and told me that the vehicle had been in for a service and that they will need R2 000 for express delivery. I said that I only had R1 500 and he asked me to pay it in so that the vehicle can be delivered the following day. It is now 10/09/2019 and still no car. They do not answer their phones or if they do, they put it on hold. Mr. Khumalo (director) is also not contacting me back. Any suggestions are welcome. I am thinking reporting it to SAPS. Can I inform facebook of this ********** activity?
