Non-Existent Service & Theft of Deposit Paid

<p>I engaged ceiling masters early in January 2017 to install new celing at my property. I paid a substantial deposit and was assured that the owrk will be carried out within 3 days of the deposit being paid. Three weeks later, I have not had the work done, and despite the efforts to get a refund on the deposit, I have have not received any of my money back from the owner. The owner is Jan and he continuosly lies and makes up stories. Please do not do any business with this crowd. They are not legitimate and have no integrity.</p>
