beware all prospective S.A buyers

I recently bought a cefaly migraine band from the above company, who when I initially corresponded with, were more than keen and eager to help me in any way possible. I was under the impression that if this device didn't work for me, within 30 days I could return it in its original packaging for a refund. Well it didn't work for me and their own doctor who presumably was part of the trials, advised me to stop using it as my migraines had instead intensified after using the device. This was a mere two and a half to three weeks after receiving the device. I packed it up to return it to the USA, but was informed by Vicky that, sorry because you don't live in the USA we don't give you a returns policy, only the general 14 day money back clause applies to me, but they remain fully committed and available to me should I need them. I am now sitting with this brand new device which has cost me R5000.00 and their attitude is well sorry you must be one of the 20% of non responders and by the way we are not interested in the fact that it didn't work for you for that amount of money, because you aren't in the USA.. So beware non USA customers, if you don't have money to waste then don't buy it
