CEFA Certificate Issue

My name is Diana Gwezere, I am a Zimbabwean national.

I studied with CEFA from 2020 until 2022 doing Social Auxi****y Worker (ONLINE) last year my classmate graduated and my name was not on the list I asked CEFA why but at first they said I was *********** then I told them I want to apply as historical learner then they started raising an issue of study permit and they told me if I don't have a study permit they will not assist me. My issue is why did they accept my application knowing that they needed a study permit? Why did they accept my school fees for all this years knowing that at the end of the course they will need a study permit all I'm asking is for CEFA to give me my certificate.

When I joined, I was under the impression that studying online can be done anywhere in the world and would not require any study visa. I am really upset with this!
