************ Debt Collection

I have been harassed by this company since 2021 for a school account that was long paid. They call and threaten me and my wife on a daily basis saying we owe the school monies yet the school was settled in full two years ago. The child even left the school and no longer there since last year. Is this how desperate and ************ debt collection agencies are? This one is a typical case of being seriously ********* and would do anything to get money from people even for paid up debts.

In the times of POPIA who gave them our numbers in the first place coz the school gave us a paid up statement years ago but to this day we fail to understand what they want coz we have nothing to do with them. Should you have similar experience please name and shame especially their rude staff members who would just should or drop you with a call when you don't accept their demands.
