This company phoned me earlier 2016, they offered me to take a debt review which I refused because I did not want to be locked for 5 years and also I did not want to increase a duration for my debts, then the coloured lady that phoned me, said to me, she would like to check my debts which I accepted the after a day or two she emailed me documents to sign, which I never signed, I refused signing it because I did not want to go under debt review, I specifically asked her to cancel what ever that she have done on my name, today I was checking my credit profile, only to find out that I have a default from this company, and I have never taken any services with them, please send me a proof of my contract to show that I have app**** for dept review, please take out your default off my name, you people **** people in the name of helping them to reduce their monthly installments, you **** people.
