Unfair listing

Absolute ryde and disgusting. I have made payment and still i get threatend. I have arranged to make payment and told the collecter that i am unemployed and can not set a debit order, i also explained that i have different acc also and therefore can not make multipal payments with different reffernce no, but was assured that payment can be allocated acordingly. Now after i have paid and payment hase been confirmed, i get threatend to be listed. Apparently now i have to pay again. Unprofesional and rude and sly. Consumer protection act will be contacted and i will fight for my rights Aadila Amid.
