unfair bebt on ICT

I have child attending green wood primary school, since 2017 i have been paying the school fees this year i notice i have bad name under the ict i was given a number to call it was a Ceebee Debt Management services which i never even have communication with them as i was paying the fees directly to the school account,when i call the the Ceebee debt management i was told that i need to pay the amount of R6700 which i know nothing about and i was so surprised because the fees are being paid in the school and my child is getting his reports....i want this so cold Ceebee debt management to remove my name from the ict as i'm paying the fees from the school since i have no business with them...i communicated with the lady called Nondumiso Buyambo which she claims to send the email to the school and no respond from the school ,i told the lady to do what is right for the fact that the school is not responding it is clear that they place people on ict without the school instructions...kindly stop asking the people to pay money that is not existing ********** in the name of school fees bcz it will not work and you have no right to place people on ICT without their knowledge ms Halam is not owing any school fees
