Shocking Interaction

CeeBee keep phoning and will not listen to the fact that I am unemployed and unable to make payments. If I attempt to explain the situation the agent Thabisele Kubheka speaks over you with a diatribe of nonsense ranging from "you have not met your commitment" (no commitment having been made) to "We will simply blacklist you" when no further avenues have been explored to resolve the issue. These guys are rude, impatient and certainly not a pleasure to deal with - unprofessional and abrasive to say the least.

Edit - now they have found that the best response is to credit list me.
