Rude person ever

I would like to share my experience with terrible company .Lebogang has been rude from the first call and I confronted her over the that shes rude and told me that she will blacklist on the very same day which the payment was going to paid .I called in to complain no one wont assist instead they tell you that there's nothing they can ..

worse company I have met ,cant speak to people over the phone .I told them am not working I can afford R200 ,she refused the R200 .

what I would like to know where can I lay a complain regarding the company or who do I contact .
