PATHETIC SERVICE

I would like to report the unprofessional services given by Muzi Biyela, when first contacted in October 24 via telephone I was told a certain amount. The amount was paid in full as per telephonic conversation the 20/12/24. Today I receive an email a credit listing notification to my knowledge I don't know if this company informs the schools if payment have received in time or do, they drag it out to make it seem that payments aren't made within notice period to accumulate money now I must pay Capital debt I have never been informed off on paper or telephonic by Muzi please check the log off 24 and 11th of November and what he had explained to me .Pathetic communication
