FALSE ACCUSATIONS ON AN OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT ACCORDING TO PARENT LIABILITY!

I do not understand how a company can list you if you did not even sign acknowledgement of debt or open an account. All that they do is throw copies of letters/attachments from what the law says but they forget the law that states - if you app**** for an account it is your responsibility - I wish it was so easy to send letters/attachments to get maintenance as well - according to Ceebee Debt both parties are liable for school fees - YEAH RIGHT!!! you try getting maintenance even if they signed for it!!!
