Do not agree to debit order

Do not ever agree to a debit order with this company. They will debit your account even when you do not owe them money anymore. I owed the plus minus R300, emailed them to cancel the debit order of R500 and asked to EFT the remaining R300. They still debited my account. So now a debt management company owes me money.
